I had to change my locks last-minute and a locksmith was out in less than an hour! I originally wanted to rekey but it wasn’t possible, so we upgraded my deadbolt to a smart lock that I had on hand. I didn’t think it would work out due to a previous attempt from a completely different company, and they didn’t have the right tool to uninstall the deadbolt. Therefore, I assumed that it would be more challenging to install, but, this particular locksmith popped off the deadbolt and installed the new device without issue. He made the last guy look like a rookie! This locksmith also took the time to explain how to maintain my lock, and what to do in an emergency. When I called they lady that answered was very clear and easy to talk to, understood my iusse right away. The locksmith then called me with price estimate. He worked with me and gave me a great price! He didn't play on my situation. In my opinion He must have heard in my voice that I was desperate and felt rather stupid having locked my keys in my car at my house! with my newly bought groceries inside! Having no idea how it happened never happed before! No spare key either! The locksmith was here in 40mins due to my location. He came and unlocked my car in less than 15mins! The person that called me said a locksmith will contact me shortly. It was a matter of 2 minutes. I gave Chris my location and he was there within 30 mins. He showed me the process of my key being g made even though we found the old one in the inside of the door wall. Needed a spate anyway.grezt job and fast service.
